Donors and Sponsors - Our VIPs!

Our chapter is having its annual fundraiser silent auction and motorcycle rally on November 1st, sponsored by the El Zaribah Shrine Motorcycle Unit. We need donated items for the auction or even cash to make this year's fund raiser a success. Your participation will ensure our event is successful as we ride so the kids can walk.

Without Donors,Vendors and Sponsors we won't be successful!

The EL ZARIBAH Shrine Motorcycle Unit is dedicated to supporting children suffering from orthopedic and burn injuries. Our motto as a motorcycle unit is, "We ride so kids can walk." Through giving from businesses like yours, we (you and I) can take pride in making life better for kids less fortunate.

Individual chapters are responsible for their own financial welfare. We rely on donations and support from the community to achieve our goals and to support our members while working to assist the children. We would be grateful for any items suitable for the auction. Prizes might include: Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinal and Diamondback sports memorabilia, computers, microwaves, collector dolls, gift baskets of assorted items, dinners at restaurants, weekend get-a-ways at Valley hotels, we are very diverse in what we can use.

This is a charitable fundraising event and the proceeds of this event are for the benefit of El Zaribah Shrine Children's Transportation fund a 501c3 charity. This fund is used to pay the transportation costs for the children and a parents or guardian to and from one of our 22 Hospitals located throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. The local Shriners spend over $150,000 annually to support the kids transportation needs.

We thank you for your help so we can continue to successfully provide crucial care to kids so they can run and play.

Post Ride Party:

For the post ride party the 12,000 sq. foot Auditorium and the North parking lot of the El Zaribah Shrine Auditorium has been sectioned off to include booths that various sponsors can use to sell their wares. Sign up early to get your choice of the booths available. Our advertising team will work with you to develop materials to make this a great marketing experience for your business.

They assist in providing the items needed for the Silent Auction and Ride Prizes. There will be ladies and men present, so most anything will be suitable. We reserve the right to determine where the items donated are used, that is to say whether the item goes into a Silent Auction or Ride Prize pool. Please provide your suggestions, but we still reserve the right to place according to other items we receive. As a donor you could also become a sponsor.

Sponsors:

These businesses are the locations where the riders will ride to during the run. At a Sponsor location the sponsors staff will mark Ride Guide to confirm that the riders were there and when they return to the Shrine the information are is used to get ride trickets to win prizes. As sponsors, we will provide exposure both on our web-site and in the materials we hand-out for the ride.
